Domestic orders (USA, Canada, Mexico):
We (Dexpan USA / Archer Company USA inc) can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. (*we may change carrier to make sure the products get to you safely. For example using a pallet instead of a boxes). Mexican customers please contact our sister company in Mexico (Dexpan Mexico).
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. A tracking number will be provided to you ASAP.
International orders:
We receive many international inquires. It is more cost effective to order a couple of items at a time, so we can pack them on a pallet.
Shipping cost does not including custom duty, broker fee or other costs, please consult your broker for specific requirement in your country.
