1. No product will be accepted without prior authorization from Archer USA / Dexpan USA.
2. No product will be accepted for return if it has been used.
3. A restocking fee of 30 percent will be applied to all returned items.
4. Freight must be prepaid for all returned items.
5. Refund can only be issued until we have received and checked returned product.

2. We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any incorrect items.
3. Call our toll free at 1-866-272-4378 or 575-874-9188 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM Mountain Standard Time Monday - Friday. Photos of wrong product(s) will be required.
4. We will issue a call tag for the incorrect item. Shipping company will pick it up the next business day.
5. Once the item is picked up, the correct item will be sent out on that day.
