Warranty & Product Safety Information for Dexpan, Diamond Products, Abrasive Wheels, Welding Supply
1) Archer Company USA, Inc. warrants all products against defects in workmanship or materials.
2) This warranty does not cover normal wear or damages resulting from operator abuse or misuse. Normal wear is considered any product that has been used at least 10% of product length, depth or diameter.
3) The responsibility of Archer USA under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts. Shipping charges, duties and other fees are not included in warranty.
4) In no event shall Archer USA be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind whatsoever.
